Deca vs Deca+Sust

I'm wondering what the difference would be if I only took a sustanon-only cycle vs a deca plus sustanon. This would be my 2nd cycle, my last one was over 3 years ago. I've read up on a lot of posts and they all say that you can expect about 15-20 lbs from sustanon-only cycles. Thing is they say the same thing about deca+sust cycles as well. What would be the benefit of adding the deca other than extra water in the joints to reduce aches?

no one call tell u how much ur gonna gain... the less you'r ready for gear the more gains ull get offa gear or you might just respond really wel to gear.... A lot of these people who said they've gained a huge amount of weight never factor in the water ewight they gained or often times the fat weight they've gained as well.... some people respond to deca well others dont either... but either way if you stack it w/ sustanon you wil prob see more gains.. how much more/ u dont know

I guess I may have asked the question wrong. As far as how much one gains is different from person to person and I do understand that. My question is what is the benefit of adding deca to a cycle when running sustanon. All other things constant, does the compounding of both of these actually help you grow more?

yeah... more gear = more gains for the most part, but some people dont get much from deca, some do...

ohh no more than 300 mg of deca if that is ur first time doing deca and sust at 500 mga week split the sust like on sunday and wenes

Was your 1st cycle with sust? I would do neither of those 2 compounds. How about some Enanthate or maybe even Cypionate.

Deca will bloat you, give you acne, limp dick, maybe hair loss. Great AS though, other than the sides from it.

I would do just a Enanthate or Cypionate cycle. What will you have for PCT? Any multi-V's in there? Your weight gain will be mostly from diet. More gear is not ALWAYS better, skar likes to say that all the time.

Keep it simple with one compound this time around, it's been 3 years right? You'll gain from 1 compound alone.

I NEVER GOT BLOAT FROM DECA KEEP OUR DIET IN CHECK. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS.SUST ALONE IS GOOD BUT BIGMIKEY HIT IN ON THE HEAD.

I wasn't taking the low dose into consideration

I just stay away from AS that make you hold more water than the others. I'm just the prop/tren/eq/winny/anavar/enanthate/halo kind of guy

i hate prop, eq and anavar.. i love winny, enab, cyp, halo tren, deca, and anadrol and slin and igf1..taht is it for me

^what igf1? u must be mistaken hermano......i hate gh unless if i was running 8 ius plus a day but i can;t afford..if u ever get ur hand on the real igf1 and not the research stuff...give it a try and let me know....
