Finally with all my work beginning to settle down and I'm home now I'm going to start getting back in the gym full time! Today starts week one of eight. I'm going to hit a strict low cal diet, about 30 mins of high impact cardio in the am and about 30 mins of low impact cardio in the afternoons with some moderate weight training. (Its been 6 months so I've gotta start back slow)
