    For your first cycle there is no need to go overkill. Your body is mature and so are your muscles. You should respond great to a simple single aas. I like your approach with a long first cycle. This will help youkeep most of your gains. To make thing easy on yourself I woudl just take 1 250 mg shot of test enth every 4 to 5 days. I've done several cycles and I've never used over 250 mg/wk of test. However, if you're a hard gainer you will want more. It's just physiology. The guy who grows easy needs less than the guy who's a hard gainer. IMO 1 250 mg shot every 4-5 days will do you wonders. I'd get 20 amps and run them until they run out. Every 5 days will last you 14.3 weeks and every 4 days will last you 11.4 weeks. So, do the math. 5,000 mgs over 14.3 weeks is almost 350 a week and over 11.4 weeks is 439 a week. I personally think you will notice good results from both. One will be a longer cycle and the other will be 25% stronger. Both will work IMO.

      Thats a pretty wise approach bra, as far as a bit about myself, im 39 5'4" 162 and 11.4bf. I really feel like I dont eat enough calories to tell ya the truth... I eat pretty lean I suppose,.. soy milk, lean cuts of meat turkey breast, beef, chicken, ham. As far as fat,.. probally cheese mostly. I drink a soda maby two or three a week. I got hiv and have lost half of my family to diabetes, so thats probally where I get a lil dicipline. What can I do to get some lean calories ? I cant use MMJ anymore cause im looking for work so I eat like a bird. Jus dont like getting all stuffed and sluggish. I tried En-Large but ya gotta use like four scoops for a serving and it bloats me like crazy. Anyway thats me in a nutshell y'all, again thanks for all your input and help keep it comming.

        Try to find a reasonable priced Isolate. I use allthewhey.com or you can try Ebay. The pineapple tastes great if you like pineapple that is. 25 gm per scoop and they are not that big of scoops. It won't bloat you hardly at all, and you can always add maltodextrose or dextrose for the extra carbs. I get my good carbs thru whole foods thou. You can also try Pro Labs-Lean Mass Matrix Cinnimon Oatmeal. It is an excellent meal replacement and tastes yummy!, and has alot of natural ingrediants. I get it at Fitrx.com.

          Thanks I'll look into it. Im sure thats what it is cause I put everything I got into my time at the gym and still weigh 162. I was gonna dig out my Buckwheat batter but it started crawling when I poured some in the mixing bowl ! where the hell do those things come from ? rotflmao!

            If you're lookin for a weight gainer, try Cyto-sport Cyto-gain. I take only 1 serving a day, but split it up by adding my whey protein in with it. All of it's carbs are complex, coming from maltodexetrin, but the sugars are at only 5g per serving. Very good post-workout drink along with some flax oil mixed in. You may want to go to fitday.com and monitor your eating, and see EXACtly where your diet is at. What I thought my cals/day intake was and what I found out it really was, was surprising. You're gonna need to eat like there's no tomorrow if you wanna grow on AAS.

                The only thing with "gainers" like that is that malto is a high GI carb even though its "complex". I think its much better to limit malto intake to PWO only and if you have a blender, just blend 1/3-1/2 cup oatmeal in your protein blend and use that for mrp. I do that and take ind. servings in ziplocs with me as its much better source of carbs than malto is.

                    Yeah, i agree with Gess. I used the weight gainers and all i got was bloat and tended to increase my bf. From now on all i use is isolate and if i want to add oatmeal, peanut butter, etc.
