i'am taking 3 tbs a day of 40mcg total of 120mcg..and next day having a massive headache, and my heart is pumpin like iam ON NOS ...
cramps all over, getting sore very quickly... and very tired..... but the veins are starting to show.....
ohhhhhhhh and sweaty all day and my SEXY LIPS ARE DRY AS WELL

i would take taurine at 15 g mikey.... I am taking it 15g now.. and upon it helping for clen its also a great cell volumizer, something me n u both like (the full look) ... it also helps bring out vascularity! it's cheap and tasteless too boot

250 mcg's is a recipe for something bad....mikey did u werk ure way up ?....like 40-60-80-100 etced till u plateau at 120...cuz if u introduce it in ure system slowly the sides wont be as bad....i just found some clen in the closet..i got 40 mcg white circle tabs with a c on the front i believe...what about u mikey?

The ones with the C on them are Hubei Nanshang. Mikey has Slovakian very strong clen. they are white and flat on both sides with no markings.

RESEARCH.IVE TAKEN 250MCG'S OF THE HUBEI AND GOR THE SHAKES GOOD. THESE ARE UNDER DOSED SOME WHAT BUT I TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA. I L;IKE THEM. 200MCG A PILL
