    i hear ya! i haven't touched anything in 3months now, went 2 days ago to the gyym again and was struggeling with HALF the weight i did just 3 months ago... it really blows.....


    take it easy man... step by step... once u gt back to ur old state, then think of moving up a notch, etc..... but do it nice and slow 1st... no need to rush into things...

      Hey bro - muscle memory is real. Give your body a chance to catch up naturally. Regaining lost gains is much easier than charting into new territory. Give it some time and after 6-8 months if you plateau... Then get into cycles.
