    Eat fruits as well. Especially apples and carrots. Give yourself 3 months and you should see some improvements. Good luck bro!

        many AI's will make it worse, Aroma has a beneficial impact on triclycerides, but not lipids,

            KITE MY WAS AT A 9 AND I DO A SHIT LOAD OF CARDIO AND EAT AM TON OF VEGGIES. ITS THE GEAR IF YOU STOP IT WILL GO BACK .MY DOC SAID IT INCREASES THE CHANCES OF HAVING A STROKE OR HEART ATTACK THAT LOW OF A READING.GET IT DONE AND LET US KNOW
