Ive looked into such drugs like clen,ephedrine,eca stack ,etc. Are they really neccessary?you would still have to watch your diet while on them.Do they enhance fat loss enough that you have to endure the anxiuosness and sleepless nights they cause.Is there anything out there that truly eats fat away?

both eca and clen have worked for me,although i did have some cramps on clen.as far as sleep goes when you get the timing down you shouldn't have any trouble falling asleep.don't take them late in the day,last dose about 6 hours before bedtime.unless taking clen with ketofin,as the keto will make you sleepy.both give you the shakes and usually people will notice it.but i agree diet and cardio are key.
