I finished my 12 week cycle about the end of march, and have just been cuttin up since, i used to be around 23% bf but am now down to 17%, thing is i have been told by a mate to start taking some hardners, didnt give any exact details. would this be a good idea while im still cutting? and appart from clens is there any thing i can take to help with my cutting?? my routine is cardio 4 times a week for 45-50 mins and im doing a 3 day split with as heavy as i can go. my diet is pretty good and im trying not to eat any carbs after 3 pm. i am noticing results but very very slowly, any pointers please??
what are ur stats and how many cycles have u done?
u can always do test prop and winny and eq and clen ..tehre is a lot of stuff out there, but i need to know ur history first before i tell ya what
i am 23, 5' 11. weigh 190lb and have done 4 cycles, the last one being the biggest, i took 2ml sust a week and 4 ml of deca for 12 weeks and dianabol for 5 weeks.
doing cardio in the a.m on an empty stomach yeilds a little better fat burning imo, if that is possible which i know with some or most might not have the luxury with kids/jobs etc......just keeping your total calories at 500-1000 cals less a day is the best way, cutting carbs in the evening is a good idea like you are doing....i would stay off the juice until you get the bf a little lower then clean bulk some more muscle on and that last bit of fat will disappear if you eat clean. Cheating here and there will help stoke the furnace. getting lean will make you harder then anything you can inject or swallow. An eca may help you a bit too......
