  • Favorite movements by bodypart,set,rep

    I know this should be in the training forum, but I know some guys dont even look there. Anyway, if I mod feels it should be moved, feel free.

    favorite movements by bodypart, then sets, then reps. poundage not important. iso, compound, anything goes.

    Bicep

    Preacher Curl 4x10,8,6
    Pullups 4x12,10,10
    Barbell Curl 4x10,10,10

    Tricep

    Pulldowns 4x12,10,10
    Dips 4xfailure

    etc. etc. etc.

    bicep-wide grip barbel curls 4 sets 12, 10, 8 ,6,failure
    triceps-close grip bench 4 sets, , , ,
    back-bent over rows
    chest-incline flies,also i like pushups with m,y feet on medicine ball
    These are some of my favorites and i usually adjust my weight and not my reps all at 4 sets with one more to failure

      Bicep- standing dumbell curls,ez bar curls(straight bar fucks my wrists up), hammer curls, dumbell preachers

      Tris- heavy ass french presses, tricep extensions, cable pushdowns

        Back- Bent over rows, lat pulldowns, dumbell rows, t rows, pull ups

        Chest- Flat bench, incline dumbells, dumbell flyes, dips, pec deck,

        Legs- Squats, Leg Press, Lunges, Quad extensions, Ham Curls

        Traps/Delts- Dumbell Shrugs, Barbell Shrugs, Upright Rows, Bent over flyes, front raises

          Legs - Ass to Calf Squats - 8 sets of 8

          Back - Deadlift - 5 sets of 5

          Chest - Push Ups - to failure (I know I know... but the pump is f'n great)

          Shoulders - Clean and Press - no favorite rep range - this takes a lot out of me so it varies

          Triceps - French Press - 10-12 is what I like

          Biceps - none - hate working biceps

          Calves - Seated calf raise - 15-20

                I do deads once in a blue moon, ive been wanting to add them here lately as a perminant fixture.

                  Chest - D. Bell Press 4 sets 7-10

                  Shoulders - Behind Neck Standing Military 4 sets 6-10

                  Triceps - Rev. Grip Bench 3 sets 9-12

                  Biceps - Straight Bar Curl 4 sets 8-11

                  Calves - Seated calf raise - 15-20

                      LEGS- SQUATS- 3 SETS OF 10-15
                      BACK- PULL DOWNS 3 SETS 12-15 OR BENT BB ROW 3 @ 8-12
                      CHEST- INCLINE BENCH PRESS 4 SETS 8-12
                      SHOULDERS- UPRIGHT ROWS 3SETS 8-12
                      TRICEP- CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESS 3SETS 6-8 OR SKULL CRUSHERS 3SETS 8-10
                      BICEP- EZ PREACHER CURL 3SETS 10-12
