    Concentrate on your squeeze...have someone hold a pencil or a finger right in middle of your upper back and concentrate on squeeze it and hold. You'll feel it

      the way i feel a back pump best is when i do seated rows with the lat pulldown bar with my arms 3 about 5-6 in. farther out than my shoulders.... if im making sense.

        good info! how many reps do you guys do? i've been doing 3 sets of 10reps. I need to change it up though.

          i agree with aragorn. get a good squeeze ..i always imagine a tennis ball in the center of my back and im trying to squeeze it ..and i always have a good pump in the center to upper back and lats..

              Personally i only work them once a week, especially back. It is a huge muscle and takes longer to recover.

              And yes, i get a mad pump in my lats everytime i do back!

                legs!.. damn legs.. that's where i get the most pumps... gets really hard and painful to walk longer than like 5 mins...
