        I find cocoa butter helps, but maybe it would be the same without it. I usually rub it on after I shower in the areas I have gotten them before (biceps). I think tanning helped hide them too, although I've heard some people say it makes them worse.

        Drink a lot of water though, it helps make your skin elastic so you won't be as prone to them.

                        IMO the trick here is shae butter. It works by improving the elsticity of the skin which speeds the healing process. It prevents ,lessens, and lightens stretch marks, fuck they might even partially go away.
                        Also if you realy don't want the stretch you may want to combine a few techniques.
                        Try this;
                        1/2 cup of virgin olive oil
                        1/4 cup aloe vera gel
                        liquid from 6 capsules of vit E
                        liquid from 4 capsules vit A
                        1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
                        2. Pour the mixture into a jar and put it in the refrigerator.

                        Once a day, apply the oil on the stretch marks. Then also remember to apply the shae butter daily.
                        "Just be happy with yourself. Be happy to be alive, be happy you are not over in Iraq, be happy you have your health".

                          That's a good idea- combining all the stuff that has potential to help.

                          Retin-A is supposed to potentially be good also- like was already said.

                            The best method is to be Proactive rather than Reactive. When growing super fast keep your trouble spots (shoulder, inner arm area for example) well mosturized. I plan on using Vit E cream then to try and help it cope better with the new mass.

                              Visit here: http://www.mederma.com/

                              Generally used for women that have stretch marks from giving birth. I think it's guaranteed too...but not 100% sure 'bout that.
