  • Cals when on question

    How many cals have you been getting lately? How much does it differ when on vs off cycle?

    I know lots of guys are getting in like 5-6k calories and recently Ive been thinking alot about how to get more good cals in. I get around 3300 give or take 200. I try and usually do eat like every 2.5 hours too but try to watch the fats too.

    i increase my protein when on and maybe eat about 20-25% more calories when on i would say.

      i eat probably 100-120g of fat when on.

          When cutting I take in approx 2500 kcals ed, when not, I injest between 3500 and 4k ed.

              i keep em the same always but when i come off and about to start back on my cycle, i diet for 4-5 weeks, very low carbs and calories and then shock it again.. and u will blow up like a tic

                not really i try and keep it too mainly good fats as much as possible, i really feel like shit if i dont get at least 70g a day and i try and eat like 3500-4000 so 100-120 is only about 25%-30% of calories.

                  yeah fats are what I have been struggling with lately- I try to get like 3500 cals but without freaking out about fats its really ahrd. Me fats at that level come ot like 25% and thats like 60 -75g depending on my cals for the day and has made me kinda freak about getting too many fats- but without them I dont really hit the cals I want to
