Alright, I finally started shooting myself, and so far have only hit my delts and right glute. I want to start shooting quads, and had some questions.
I've looked at spot injections, and a few other sites, and it seems like the spot is almost halfway between your hip and your knee, but a little closer to the knee. Also, it seems like you go in totally to the side, so if you were sitting the pin would be parallel to the ground. Is this correct? Should I let my leg dangle, or have my foot on the ground? Finally, I have 1" pins, so I thought I would go in around 75% of the way or so, is that okay?
