bro i made a post on it not too long ago but cant find it now....its made by roche, effective dosage is 1mg per 1kg of bodyweight for 20-24 weeks and it will clear you up....it basically pushes out any existing oil and closes/shrinks your sebacus (sp) glands......you will need monthly blood tests for liver values because it does tax them...its a toxic dose of vitamin a more less .....dry skin, lips, nose are the main sides.....some claim psychological but i think that is in people who may already have problems pertaining to image....you will need lots of cetaphil lotion for skin and vaseline for your nose

it will clear anyone up at the effective dosage, i wouldnt use it unless you are gonna do it at that dosage and length.

I was on accutane for 7 months last year and it did wonders. However, it can be dangerous if you are not getting regular boodwork and following the precautions for it. I strongly suggest you ONLY use it under a physicians care!
