Alright folks. Ive been off literally for a year. i mean no training, diet, Nothing. After bein kicked in the ass by my wife,-X now. I went from 240 to 220. i was last check 12%. 6'. Now im 6'- 220 and sloppy.. I plan to obviously start working out seriously and gettin the diet down before i jump back in. What do you guys think i should do? I have some ideas, but want some thoughts before i do anything. i ont be ready for a few months. Im not getting into any heavy cycles. just something to get me back in the swing.
Info-32 yrs. been workin out for a while now.. done quite a few cycles. got a mortgage, kids, brown hair. hung like a mule.. jk.. about the hair...lol...SO?? lets go..
