THE BIGGEST LET DOWN FOR FOLKS IS THAT THEY ARENT TRAINING RIGHT, EATING RIGHT, GETTING ENOUGH REST, TAKING THE RIGHT SUPPLEMENTS, ETC.

AND THEY WANT TO BLAME THE GEAR. YOU GET EVERYTHING IN CHECK AND THE GEAR WILL WORK LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO AND HELP YOU GROW. ITS NOT MAGIC AND YOU WONT GROW WITH THE GEAR ALONE AND EVERYTHING ELSE NOT IN CHECK.

              GOOD LUCK,

I agree with o2 and I don't think you need to have expensive hg gear to make the gains your looking for.

If your diet and training are on you should be able to get a lot bigger than that. I would say the 230 range is not too much to strive for bro. Get those cals up above 4500 and try to keep them pretty healthy too. Try a 40%protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat diet imo.
