  • Help cutting

I weigh about 200 13% BF right now
BY the middle of march I have to be 185 (1st weigh in) and then in April I have to be 170 for (2nd weigh in). After the weigh in I'll have a week and an a half to get as heavy and strong as I can.
Im tring to get prepared now for this.
    Im thinking of this:

    100mg Prop EOD 6wks
    150mg Tren EOD 6wks
50mg winny ED(might sub with EQ at 600mg per wk)
    50mg anavar ED 6wks
    25mg Halo last 10 days(right before competition)

I might throw some T-3, NYC, ECA, clen in there and possibly 10iu of insulin 2 times per wk,
I kind of know what to expect from this but Im at like 200lbs 13%BF and Im tring to get down to 170 is this possible? also has anyone done this cycle before? What were your results? Any changes?
    thanks for any input

If anyone has experiance cutting for weigh ins or any suggestions on how and what to use to accomplish my goals please help.

I would keep the V,add the eq,and drop the var

    100mgs prop weeks 1-8or 10
    75mgs tren weeks 1-8
    50mgs winny ed 7-12
    eq 400-600mgs weeks 1-10
    keep halo the same

    just my 2 cents

      ok

that seems alright but do you think I can drop 30lbs in 4 months and still retain strength.
I have never had to cut like this, Im afraid I'll be losing muscle too.
      thanks soda

focus on ur diet bro... also i would do the tren at 75 mg ed instead of 150 mg eod.... ed injections work better (i actually never tried tren.... but a lot of my brothers on the elite fitness board recommend it in many threads...

For somebody your size, try something like this to cut.

45min low intensity cardio first thing in the morning

                7:00am - Meal1: Solid food
                45g protien
                10g fat

                10:00am - Meal2: Shake
                45g protien
                10g fat (flax)

                12:30pm - Meal3: Solid food
                50g Protien
                10-15g fat

                3:00pm - Meal4: Shake
                45g protien
                10g fat

Pre-Workout - have an apple or something small with a bit of carbs

                Workout

                Post Workout
Shake with about 35g Protien and 50g of dextrose powder

                Final Meal: Solid food
                35g protien
35g of complex carbs (Oat bran, yams, etc)

I know it seems strange having the carbs at the end of the day, but trust me bro, you will not be disapointed. It's all about timing. On Saturday or Sunday, have a refeed day and eat a lot. Keep it fairly clean, but eat a lot to keep your thyroid up to par. Good luck bro~

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

30 lbs / 12 weeks = 2.5 lbs a week, and considering you are probably holding easily 5-8 lbs. of water due to high sodium intake ( just a guess here, due to nature of post ) your goal is 100% realistic.

Goliath posted a very nice meal plan.
E-one will say, it is a diet issue, and the AS will help you hold strength and muscle.

Guessing you have a fight coming up.

                  Good Luck
