Hi all, I need to know what to do? I have been running tren (100mgs) everyother day and 500 mgs. of enath. a week and have been doing winn tabs (20mgs) for the last 10 weeks and the winn for the last 5 weeks. I have nova from IR and need to know how long is to long and when to start the nolva and how much ect....... so any info would be great so thinks in advance. CJ

Winstrol for 20mg ed is not enough. You should be doing at least 40mg imo. Give us some background your stats and cycle history. -

No flamin at all, but before you stick a pin in your body, you need the exact info on all the shit you are shooting. how much is needed and how long to be on ..... then PCT.. you have to read brother.. ive just seen alot of silly shit before, and want all of us to be safe.. and sticking a pin in your body and not having your cycle dialed in. not good brother..MOD@ANABOLICMADNESS

hey all i ment i have done tren and enath for 10 weeks and winn for the last 5 weeks at 20 mgs and I had about 4 people tell me how to do this from here about 34 months ago and the things i have read have told me this is a safe and effective dose. But any new info would be great so what to do from here?????Comment

it's good that you ran the winny at the end of your cycle; it's a decent anti-e in it's own right and can come in handy at the end of a cycle when the estrogen has built up in your system. depending on your bodyweight, 20mg can be a very effective dose. i have gotten stellar results off 25mg/day at 225lbs. i can only imagine what it would be like at 40 or 50mg/day! i'll have to try that.
if you're going to run the nolvadex as PCT then i would start it up 10 days after your last shot of test. i like badasz32's dosage suggestionso fresh and so clean clean

as above 10 days or 2 weeks after your last shot. badasz32 gave correct dosage.
60mg days 1-2
40mg days 3-11
20mg days 12-28.

Basic dose of nolv for pct is 2 wks at 40mg ed and 2 more wks at 20mg. I also like to run it at 10mg for another wk or two. Since you are running tren you should get some HCG and run it at 500iu ed for 10 days after your last shot of test.Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force.
