how much oil for delts

I'm 6' 190 pounds lean. How much oil can I do in each delt, and how deep can I go?

Bro, it depends on you.. i can put 2cc. i go 1" in.. i say go for 2 or less. 1" inject slow and dont pull it out to fast.. give theoil a chance to spread out.. if you shoot to quick the oil will try to come back out..you gotta try it out,, and see what works for ya.

i did them a few weeks ago, just wanted some input. I'm going to do 1cc of prop in each with a 1" but not go in all the way. thanks

1c of prop in each delt on the same day??so 200mg of prop? if so i wouldnt shoot that much prop..And dont go in all the way, leave a bit hangin out. just in case the fucker breaks at the base. dont need a needle in the delt..

i have never done delts personally. i looked ant spot injections.com and they say start with a limit of 1.5 cc but i think the size of the delt has a lot to do with it.
maybe ill shot them next.

When i did them id do 3/4cc and use a 5/8" 25guage and not go in quite all the way. Just leave alittle of the pin showing.

Be careful if you don't go in far enough then you will have a nice knot in your delt. with some pain. I always use 1" 25g and never have a problem. Leave just enough pen out to see the needle. I have never , not to say it want happen, but break a needle off. Also you can shoot up to 2cc in a delt. With minim pain.

Keep in mind everyone is different. What works for one, might not work for you!

i do 2 cc max.. wt 1 inch 25g and i do 1 cc of test 250 and 1/2 c of prop.. and myshoulder is sore like there is no 2mmrow

glad you can do it ... i have given up on my delts for now hit a nerve one to many times... i will stick to knotting up my glutes for now.

u are doing it wrong..don't inject in teh middle of the shoulder coz the major veins is there..do it from the rear , i mean toward teh back ....

I always stick the middle.. how do you hit the back?? I catch hell sticking the middle. Hard to hold the pin and inject one handed and not move it all around.. I dont think i could reach the rear and actually do it right..lol

WHAT U DO.. SIT DOWN AND DROP UR ARMS ON UR LEG AND TURN UR SHOULDER A BIT AND WT ONE HAND, HIT IT AND INEJCT IT SLOWLY AND U SHOULD BE FINE...
