I think im gonna run one more after this sometime this winter and call it quits for awhile because i will have the size then and i will go for strength for as long as I can and just try and stay dense and lean. Not as old as most of you guys but im gonna try and give it a break till im in my 30s but stay in the bb/aas scene. Of course i say that now. If for some reason i decide i wanna have kids i will call it quits for awhile for sure.

FIRST CYC. AT 36 THAT WAS THIS YEAR...AND, GLAD I WAITED!!! TRY TO SQUEEZE ALL YOU CAN BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT IT, THEN READ ALL YOU CAN BEFORE DOING IT!! AND, IT HELPS TO HAVE A COUPLE GOOD BRO'S TO HELP YA OUT!!
