IGF injections

For those that use IGF, where and what rotation do you inject? Also, I read where you can mix the IGF in the original solution and then draw up some b12 then draw up the IGF, to make you get all the IGF out of the needle. Anyone do it this way or heard of it?

The B12 idea should work well, helps to ensure you get it all

i rotated shots in my BIs. the shots were so small with a 29ga slin pin that i never needed to switch up. delts would be another good choice
