Howdy fellas...
I'm about a month and a week into a 3 month cycle and i am currently running 75mg of tren and 50mg of winny eod.
At any rate, here is the dillema. I LOVE calves and quads for injections. I used to go calves, quads, left glute, right glute, shoulders then back to calves. Pretty good rotation... Problem this cycle is, when i inject calves especially and even quads... i am so swollen and irritated that i can't run more than a mile or so without cramping up so bad my feet go to sleep. That simply won't do when i am trying to run 5 or 6 miles or ruck for 20 clicks or so... So basicly i am stuck with glutes and above. EOD injections and not being sure about mixing water based winny however have had me going glutes, shoulders, bi's for the last few weeks and my shoulders and bi's are starting to feel a little worn out... staying irritated for longer, more red, more heat... i feel like i need to give them a break.
I checked out spotinjections.com but the tricep pics there were not very helpful for me. My tris are well defined but not giants (like most of me)... i'm not sure where to hit it. So a few questions for you guys.
1. Hitting tri's, where do you guys go?
2. Anyone hit traps?? I'm affraid it would make your neck stiff as hell and unable to really move if you hit both... kinda like when you wake up and go "oh s%it" cause you slept wrong and spend the entire day turning your entire body to look at some one
3. I think i can hit traps, lats and pecs IF I FLEX while i do it so i can have a better idea of where the muscle is biggest and veins aren't. Is it ok to flex while shooting? It looks like some of the guys on spotinjections.com are but i can't be sure.
