    I'm hoping to get some advice from some of the experienced veterans. No offense to anyone else but,I've been out of the sport for about ten years now and read so many different opinions that I want to try to narrow it down and not kill myself experimenting. Last show was in 95 at the USA where I took 6th as a mdwt. Won class at jersey in 93, 2nd and 3rd in the jun nats in 94 and 95. Never competed again after 95. Looking to give it another shot. I'm 35 now and have a good deal to learn. Seems like alot is different. I've got some cyp, dec, dbol and jin coming. Intersted in doing IGF also, but don't have any experience with it. Did gh before and reacted really well. Previous experience with Protropin with no negative effects so I'm curious if you think that is a good indication that Fit would be good for me. Looking at about 750 mg cyp/week for 8 weeks, 600 mg dec/week 8 weeks, 40 mg dbol 1st 4 weeks. Gh I'm not real sure what I'm going to do yet. One person I spoke with thought I would be ok with only 2 IU's every other day. This might sound a bit hypocritical, but I don't want to kill myself so I really need advice on the IGF, insulin, glucophage, anti e's and pct. I want to do things the right way and have read so many different things. Wylde I think said that 20 - 40 mcg of IGF would be enough and I've read others say more . I'm about 5'6" 190 right now and looking to put on about 20 quality pounds to compete as a light heavy. Thanks very much for your help!

    Cycle looks good. Might want to extend it alittle more. Never taken GH, but have seen guys that take between 3-6iu's and sometimes more for the experienced. As for the IGF, I have been doing a great deal of research on it because I am looking to use it as well, but 20-80mcg's should be enough. Probably be see good results with 50-60mcg. Break the IGF up into 2 shots a day. Most common would be in the morning and after you work out. Site injections have been known to enhance that local muscle. Also, with the IGF, don't be expecting to gain a lot of weight with it. When you do gain weight it would be good quality lean mass. I should also be taken between 4-6 weeks, with 4 being sufficent. You can use the time on time off method with that. (4 on, 4 off) Many guys using it during their PCT to ensure that most of the gains are kept. It has been known to help keep the gains in anadrol and dbol, where keeping the gains off those is the hardest. If taken during PCT, some start during the second week because thats when most of the loss tend to occur. It can also be used to bridge from cycle to cycle. Well, hope some of this helps.

      RUN THE CYP ATLEATS 1O WEEKS 12 BETTER.I ALWAYS RUN DECA FOR 12 WEEKS.WITH ME DECA DOSENT KICK IN UNTIL MY 6-7 WEEK.AS FOR GROWTH 3 IUS FOR RIGHT NOW WOULD BE GOOD FOR YOU SINCE YOUVE BEEN OFF FOR SO LONG.SOME PEOPLE TAKE IT 5 ON 2 OFF ME PERSONAL WHEN I DO IT I WILL DO IT 7 DAYS A WEEK.AS FOR PCT LOOK UP IT IN OUR FG SEARCH FUNCTION WILL FIND ALOT OF STUFF.AS FOR THE IGF I'LL LET THE EXPERTS HELP YOU OUT ON THAT.

          Stats are 35 years old, 5'6" about 190. Definitley want to put on enough size to be a legit light heavy. With my frame, small joints I think if a can hit around 210 215 and stay relatively hard I would be ok. When I won my class at the jersey in 93 I was only 168. 94 and 95 about 170 at the juniors and had a little trouble making the weight at the usa in 95. I also didn't know some of the tricks today or I probably could of made weight the night before and went in 10 pounds over.

            I would go for twelve weeks and maybe lower the dosages a bit since it's been so long since you've cycled. You'll probably see just as good gains with a little less gear. Just a thought.

                if its been that long since youve been out of the game then you can get by with some lower dosages. I would speculate that you could get by with cyp alone at 750mg a week for 10-12 weeks or you could run some cyp at 500mg for 12 weeks and deca at 300-400mg for 10 weeks as well.

                  I't been about a year since I've done any gear. I wouldn't quite call it a cycle though. Maybe a little test. That's about it.

                      Sorry for any confusion. Last time I competed was 95. I never did another show after that because I got caught up with rec drugs, mainly cocaine. It took me down a bad road for a while, but luckily I had good people around me and have been of all that stuff for years now. Completed about 21/2 years of rehab, no more clubs, just working toward some financial success. Only reason I'm even thinking about another show is because of how it ended for me. I was doing really well, just breaking onto the national stage taking 6th my 1st time at the USA. It's not even so much to win as to exorcise my demons and end things on my own terms however I choose to do that. I was completely clean of all substancfes for a few years before I touched any gear again. I wasn't consistent with the gym or gear until this past year. I've been doing alot of reading on the forums aand more or less just trying to get caught up. I realize it might sound a bit crazy to even do anything anymore, but juice never ruled my life like other things and I don't want to wonder forever if I could have done it again.

                        I would keep it at cyp, deca, dbol. I would save the jins for a later time. You don't sound like you are a small guy, but you really need to get in the groove and see how your body is reacting to things before you shrow so much at it. JMO.

                          I thought you hadnt done anything in 10 years....i would run all 3 of them like you proposed except run the deca for 10-12 weeks, test for 12-14 weeks and dbol for 6 weeks but you can get by with 4 but i like 6 myself.

                              I would just run the cyp, deca , and dbol and save the gh for the next run after you've gotten back into the groove of things
