thanks guys..i'll take the dbol ed..i didnt know how to take it ....because ive never taken it before...
sorry im kind of new to this ...what does AAS mean? someone said im not ready for aas...what does that mean?

i agree wt every1..dbol ED and if it's your first time wt dbol, 25 mg a day is enough....
no need for prop..
do test at 500 mg a week
deca at 300 mg a week
and dbol first 6 weeks at 25 mg ed.......

Once you get ready, this might be one to write down.....def. considered best for beginners

alright..thanks for your advice...i take as much advice from you guys, because i know you guys know more than i do... im gonna try and get a lil bigger naturally for the next few months...the thing is that for the past 4 years..ive never been able to go over the 190 lbs mark...i always get stuk at 185, so thats why i was thinking about hitting up this cycle, since i just finished my last cycle 3 or 4 months ago... thanks again
