Hey:

It's been awhile since I've been on the boards (several years - anyone remember detn8.org, etc...?)

Anyway, I haven't really kept up with things and over the last few weeks of research I've noticed tons of liquid and powder stuff available.

Now I know this is a total newbie question but how do you use the liquid stuff? I know to aspirate it from the bottle and drink it per the required dosage, but it there a way of capping it or something so you don't have to carry a bottle around with you?

Let’s say the liquid clen, its 120 mcgs how do you split that up easily? If I took a ml of that at once I would have the worst head ache plus with its half life I like to split my up throughout the day; or liqidex - if I wanted to use .25 ED or .50 EOD etc...

Thanks for the input. Is there a way to cap the solution to make it easier to carry/use?

just use a slin needle to measure then store it in empty pill capsule for use. id do every day in the morning and cap up what you need jjust for the day.

no gelcaps, liquid will disoolve them.
