Clomid & Nolva question

[Plucks]

I have always started my post cycle (Nolva & Clomid) 3 weeks after my last test injection. But lately a couple of i have been working out are telling me that they do it the day after there last test shot. I could underestand that if your using prop but with Enthan and Cyp wouldn't you want to wait till the test is virtualy out of your system? Just wondering if i am missing something.

if its prop wait 2-3 days and test enth or cyp 12-14.

It really depends on how fast it gets out of your system, the heavier the weight usually it takes longer. The less BB the longer it takes as wel.

Wait until the half life of the longest ester you have taken has elapsed since your last inject

This is the way to go. Some people start taking it right after because there uniformed & do what somebody in the gym told them instead of doing some research.
