How many MCG's = 1 MG ? Like if my Clen is 200 mcg's per mL than how many mg's per mL is that = to ?

If this is a how much to take question and your clen is 200mcg per ml. The most you should start with (if you never used clen before is .25ml). The dropper porvided with most liquid products is 1ml so take 1/4 of the dropper at most the first day to see how you react. Do not move up in dose until the third day. Clen has a long half-life and you will not reach max blood concentrations until then.
