  • Appetite down...

    Well i am on my second week of my cycle and things are lookin good...Im feelin strong and pumps are crazy...My only problem is that my appetite has been down...I am not as hungry as i usually am and i think this might be effecting my gains a little...It seems after i take my dbol my appetite goes down...They are the denkall 10mg tabs...Any advice on making my appetite go back up...Thanks

    You gotta force youself to eat. If you only knew how many times I've sat over a big bowl of oatmeal, or some chicked breasts, just staring at them....and then having to force them down.

      Im taken 750mgs test a week and 600 mgs of eq a week...I think when the eq kicks in it will bring up my appetite a bit...It just feels like my stomach is bloated about 30 min after i take the tabs...

          bro i know how u feel.. im in my 6th week of test and eq.. now i dunno if its my appetite thats down or its my calory intake that is so high ... either way im forcefeeding foods all day... except my very fist few meals.. i eat every 2 hrs..

          just eat it down , make ur self burp and think about how u need the food to get big

              That's a good point. Eat really small, every 2 hours. Your body will adapt, and before you know it you will NEED it...and, if you have a wife, she'll be pissed.

                This brings up an interesting point. Assuming that you have no appetite, or no more than usual, and that force feeding doesnt really do anything for you but make you nauseated.....when is it too much? At what point do you say - Screw this, I eat way too much, I feel like crap when I do, but I have to eat like this to keep my current weight, or achieve my new goal - then maintain it.

                When do you look in the mirror and tell yourself that this isnt a worthwhile lifestyle? Do you want to get large, and keep that size for 10-15 years, as long as physically possible?

                I just wondered. And you can subsitute the 'you's for 'we's. Since I am part of the program.

                  Try using some ginger bro. Ginger is well-known for its use for digestive problems. It stimulates the digestive fire, helps alleviate nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.                       For ginger;When need be use 2 capsules daily. Of course different brands may vary in potency so 1gm is ideal.
                      Others ways to increase appetite are;
                      1. Do not drink liquids before or during meals
                      2. If you smoke, quit.
                      3. Try using catnip, fennel, ginsing, gotu cola, papaya leaves, peppermint leaves, or saw palmetto.
                      "Just be happy with yourself. Be happy to be alive, be happy you are not over in Iraq, be happy you have your health".

                          ya thats a good point... gota accept it though... i have thought about this too bro... Its hard to restate some facts some times.. but i guess its a pesronal choice... we put ourself in to alota pain to achiev the perfect body...

                          I wish they would make injectable protein .... that would be sweet ... 1 shot ED would give u 450g of protein and another shot would give u 6k calories lol

                          but then may be it wouldnt be so great because u would see all the people at ur gym growin just as fast as u ...

                            Just eat stuff that tastes good. Hard when you eating clean, but check around some new recipies. Cook in bulk and glad lock that shit to warm up for quick meals.

                              now that i think about it i can add some thing to that list..

                              i realized when i drink a few table spoon of win viniger or lemon juice,( w/ some sult ) my appetite gets amplified...
