I get cramps in my shins mostly. I use herbal supplements with Quanine in it. Supposed to be a muscle relaxer. Hey the shit works! Whenever I run a cycle of clen I take quanine at nite before bed and double up on high cardio days. So far no cramps. It's made by calms forte.Comment
