Hi everyone. I havent posted here in ages but anyway, im really thinking about about using. Im 19 and have been workink out for almost 3 years and iv had good results cuz i use to be pretty fat and lost about 60 pounds gained alot of muscle. but i cannot no matter what seem to get rid of this last little portion of fat on my body prevents me from seein my abs. Iv been supplementing doin the whole cyclye thing the past few months and while cutting i lost some fat but lost more muslce than i would have liked and still have to much fat. so i would obviosly like to get bigger too. im growing tired of it. i eat healthy like 80% of the time only drink milk and water do a ton of cardio and lift 5 days a week. i use to be really oppossed to steroids but im thinkin it could really help me out after reading alot about it. im not afraid of the needle and i think its something i want to try. but to be completly honest steriods seem far more complicated than i ever imagnined. its just a bunch of different names i shoud be taking with more names and different stuff. can anyone give me some personal insight on what exactly and how much i should take for a first cycle. thanx

Re: Thinking about using
You still have belly fat because you are eating well 80% (probably less, if you are honest) of the time instead of all the time. If you want to look great, you have to eat great. AAS will not burn fat, I don't give a damn what anybody says. At 19 you have all the hormones you need for growth. You are not ready. If you do use, you will be disappointed in the results. I guarantee it. You are fantasizing about a look that includes an unrealistic level of muscle maturity, which only comes from a lot more years of training. I wish I could have been training seriously at your age. I would have pushed my genetic limits farther, and been a bigger and better enhanced athlete today. Successful AAS use is, indeed, informed use. Think about it now. Study it now. Use it later. 5 years later, at least. Mean while, perfect your training and eating.
That's my opinion (and it oughta be yours)There is no substitute for experience......

You can seriously hinder/RUIN the possibility of getting the most from your body if you do. Plus at your age YOUR TEST IS ALREADY HIGH LEVELS LIKE OLDER GUYS GET FROM DOING GEAR! Make the most of that while you can!
This is very serious advice. Research on diet for gaining and figure out your limits/ how to train without overtraining- if you are training hard nad not seeing gains you are either not either enough or are overtraining! Find out what works for your body- everyones is different. These are the things oyu should be focusing on- its great that you are interested this now because you still have HIGH natural test levels and can get better results than us older guys. EAT ALOT and dont overtrain and you will be all good to go- your endocrine system wil still be developing well into your 20's and you DO NOT want to mess up its growth or you can do some long term damage.

Alright then. i guess i wont try to get on it yet. but i honetly do eat good 80% of the time or more and it pisses me off when i see some of my other workout buddys eat whatever they want dont even do cardio and look much leaner and better than me. and i have made pretty decent gains i always have people at the gym telling me im getting bigger but i also still have some meat on my stomach i want to get rid of ill jus try not to overtrain and do what i can without it for now, thanx.

Re: Thinking about using
I agree with above!^ Wait at least 4 yrs and research this board and do searches on the internet. Train hard, heavy, get alot of sleep, eat right, protein, carbs. After four yrs you don't see the kind of results you want and and you've reached you natural potential, and still think aas is for you then you can think about it. You are just too young, point blank.

Re: Thinking about using
Alot of it is genetic....I have to cut like hell to see my abs, so i dont really worry about it. My abs are the last place to hold fat, the rest of me can be shredded, and my abs still have a little layer of blab on them. I know it sucks, but i dont lose any sleep over it.
Just keep doing what you are doing...you lost 60 lbs and that is fantastic! Dont get in a hurry to start gear.......

Re: Thinking about using
Dude, you're only 19, you have to understand your body. Your metabolism is fast, and your body will react quickly to any changes in its physiology. You are proposing massive hormone replacement therapy. The dosages recommended for muscle growth are huge by medical standards. If you take these, you will definitely alter the function of your body's hormonal systems in the short term, and possibly permanantly.
Myabe you'll be fine. Maybe you'll get a huge pump, walk around like king for a few months, kick the shit out of a few kids, and have a blast. And maybe you'll wake up in 3 months pissing blood, maybe your hair will start falling out, your joints may ache, you may feel a lump on your balls, you could have severe, pitting acne. You may tear your anchilles' tendon off the bone when you walk up stairs and have a permanently altered step. You didn't mention sports (a Div 1 scholarship or pro career may be justification), so the fact that your muscles are growing to fast for your tendons to adapt may not matter much. And lets not forget that your greatest ,uscle building period is in your twenties, and you may cheat yourself of that.
So, on one hand its being as stud at bars, kicking ass, and strutting at the gym for 3 months (remember, the comedown is a biatch) versus acne, muscle/skeletal injury, renal failure, various and especially fun types of cancer, and the smaller possiblilty that you get tainted shit and die on the spot (Mom would be so proud!). Or, you could inject into a vein (you're being trained to inject, of course?), and send and oil based thrombus into your heart, or lungs, and killing you in anywhere from 3-10 minutes. Becuase remeber, you have to inject to really make it worth your while.
Decisions, decisions...
By the way, I'm an R.N., so I at least know some of the shit I'm talking about.Ask yourself: "Do I really want to participate in an unmonitored experimental hormone replacement therapy study?"
