Ok, As most of you know I took a new job and the only time I've been able to see a gym since Feb. 1st is when I drive by it going to work! I came off of my long cycle and did my pct everything seemed great and I felt good as one can without being pumped full of test...Now 4-5 months later it looks like I'm developing gyno??? I feel a little lump but I've had it before and it doesn't seem to be getting any bigger but my damn chest is just going to shit...Do you think its just because its getting flabby from not lifting or do you think that maybe it could be caused by something else or am I just overreacting and depressed cause I'm letting my body go and sacrificing everything I worked for so far for this damn job????

Re: Any thoughts???
Well since I'm living in a damn motel and have been for 5 months almost 6 now....I've been eating anything that's open when I get off and that means everything from McDonalds to all you can eat buffets....I'm looking pretty shitty and my bf % is probably astronomical.....

Re: Any thoughts???
I know most of it is due to diet and lack of training now, I'm just wondering if something physiologicaly is happening like an over production of estorgen kinda like a rebond thing or something hypothetical like that is happening inside of my body....probably being crazy but just looking for thoughts or ideas

Re: Any thoughts???
Not good but can be fixed. First I would blast my body with Nolva 80mg per day until you see that bastard "lump" decrease in size. Then drop the dosage to 60, 40, and 20 until you feel you have it under control. I've had similar problems. Even with PCT, I had a estrogen rebound 3 months out of my last cycle. Started to develope a nice little lump under my left nipple. Did the above protocol and it helped a lot.
Living out of a suitcase and traveling like a vagabond is terrible but not the end of the world. Get yourself some time to get to the gym. If you are passionate enough, you'll find time. Secondly, that goes the same with diet. Even though you're eating out of fast food joints and all you can eat restaurants - it doesn't mean you don't have healthier choices. Plan out your meals as much as possible. Get yourself some meal replacements, packets of tuna, chicken, etc... There is always a way you can over come dieting hurdles.
I'm getting ready to leave for 11 weeks away from the house. I've ordered an ass load of meal replacement shakes. I plan on buying packaged tuna, packaged chicken, and bagged salads to help support my diet. Additionally, getting a baked chicken from the super market is another health option. There are many ways you can adjust - just be creative.
Best of luck to you bro. And keep us posted.

Re: Any thoughts???
I would say its probably extra BF. I get the same thing when I get sloppy on my diet or take an estra long time off. I took off several months to rest my shoulder and I got these gyno looking nipples but my BF is through the roof and my wiast is tight as hell in all my pants. So, I know mine is BF. When I'm lean I don't have it. I wouldn't worry too much but I would try to make some better food choices and see if it helps. At the very least I'd do push ups, sit ups and pull ups. Atleast then you wont lose anymore muscle and you'll get some of your fullness back. It's not a perfect workout but it covers about 90% of your upper body. Then run some short sprints once or twice a week to keep your legs moving. It's more of a muscle preservation program than anythign else, and it'll help with any stress.
