  • Why you dont need to "kick start" with a short ester.

I always see people "kicking off" test e/c cycle w/ prop... WHY!!!!!!???

No matter what gear you take, this formula applies to everything, the acctual numbers might be fictitious but the concept is the same no matter what gear you choose. First off all let’s clear up the idea of esters. Esters do not slow down the initial release of hormones into blood stream they only extend the half-life of the drugs. Half-life mean that, that is you inject certain amount of drug, in a certain amount of day half of that drug will still be active. For example if you take 250mg of drug and it’s half life is 7 days, that means that in 7 days there will be 125mg of that drug still active in your system. With all AS once they are injected there is a huge release that takes place and most of the drug is in your system within 1 day. The only reason that some people do not feel the effect immediately is that the buildup of that drug to substantial/effective amount takes place over time. There is a solution to that; it’s called front loading. Front loading means taking double or triple (I recommend double) amount of the drug on your first day of the cycle. For example if you were planning to take 250mg of Sust per week, you would take 500mg on day 1 of your cycle. I hope this all makes sense and clears up a few misconceptions about “when is my gear going to kick in”, because it’s RIGHT NOW!!! As I said it works for everything, EQ, Deca, Test any ester, Tren Eenth, Masteron everything…just the half life’s change.

Regular way of taking AS and its natural buildup progression:
    Day 1 – 250mg
    Day 7 – 125mg + 250mg = 375mg
    Day 14 – 187.5 + 250mg = 437.5mg
    Day 21 – 219.2 + 250mg = 469.2mg
    Day 28 - 234.6 + 250mg = 484.6mg
    Day 35 – 242.3 + 250mg = 492.3mg
    Day 42 – 246.1 + 250mg = 496.1mg

Now progression with “Double Dose” front loading:
    Day 1 – 500mg
    Day 7 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
    Day 14 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
    Day 21 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
    Etc.

i don't agree with him, i think front loading does work but i also think kick starts do as well. especially if the kick start is with an oral, but he doesn't address that. skar was this from HCC? if so bump it there, cause i don't think mike posts here.

it was from the iron corps, but i think it originiated at hcc, or AM...

i would try doing a search there to debate.

imo, w/ my current cycle i ran two enanthate esters and they started working prety much immediately. i didnt front load.. I think kick starting is un-needed.

immediately as in how fast? i think when people say "kick in" they mean thats when that unreal feeling started. like crazy pumps, big strength gains from workout to workout etc... and until they feel that they think its not working, when really it is just not to its full potential.

and at first i was thinking mike meant kick starting doesn't work, but he just means not needed. which i can agree with to a degree

within a day or two i was already up a lb or two from water weight.

and the weight cont.ed from there. Very similar to starting it w/ Dbol/test IMO. but I dont think any inject can size up to the mass+strength gains of Dbol/Drol

Doubling(or tripling) your first dose does not get you to saturation levels in a manner that is significant. It will still take weeks to get to the levels where there is 50-100mg of test being released into the bloodstream (depending on dosage). Doubling your first dose will get you there only a few days earlier.

i thought frontloading lasted the 1st 2 weeks of a cycle. so someone who wanted to take 500mg of test/week, would take 1gram the first 2 weeks, then starting the 3rd would go back down to 500mg/week. maybe there are different methods of "frontloading"

it is shocking how many 'vets' confuse kickstarting with frontloading. not the same thing.

I think kickstarting with prop or suspension is much more effective than frontloading to get your test levels up quickly. I don't think it makes much difference toward cycle end. But just like kickstarting with an oral like d-bol or drol, ..... It's fun!

I dont think u're realy "kick starting" the ester. I think u're just putting in more test in you for the first few weeks than u'll have the whole cycle. even when you use 500mg E by the first week you have 375mg of it active in your system. It's already started, theres nothing ot "kick start," imo...

When you say "active" in the system, do you mean how much there is left that has yet to have the ester broken off?

No, 375 that is working, imo.. like i said the cycle i started 7 weeks ago (both enan esters) by day 2 or 3 i already had noticable water weight.

And I can assure you that 375 is not "active" in the first week if you take 500mg/week. You will reach 375 in week 2, and then get into the 400's in week 3. Now if you started with Prop or frontloaded with double the dosage in the first week for a long ester, then you could have gotten into the 400's in week 1.... Do you not see how this is an advantage???
but if your taking 500mg you never really get 500mg due to the ester, right???

Im not saying it was at it's max potential by day 1 or 2 but it was definately active. Im agreeing that front loading is a good idea.. Im agreeing w/ the whole article.

                              mofo- no , u'll never reach 500mgs
