i stick slow, push slower, and pull out normal. my leg always twitches when i do quads. couldnt imagine hitting it quicker it would jump real bad. i love the popping sounds reminds me of cocoa rice crispes.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

i've been using the pulling the skin to make it tight technique here recently and when you do that the needle doesn't have to press against any skin, it just glides right in, and if you put a few drops down the side of the needle to lube it, goes in like butter!- TestifyHey, I never saw a skinny bodybuilder before - eat away!

i stretch the skin in the area of the injection with my thumb and index finger to make it tight then it piereces right through and I push right through slowly until desired depth......with a 1.5 in needle I dont wanna just jab away, im ok with when using an insulin syringe but no way could just jab a 22g 1.5 in there.Comment

I always go very slow in, probably a good 5 seconds before its buried. I pull out just as slow also, no point in ramming it home. I use a 25 gauge 1 inch for quads so with 1.5cc's the needle is in my legs for about 2-3 minutesComment

i find that when jabbing in quick (like when getting a shot at the doc or hospital or something) i have a tendency to jerk; like the muscle spasms a bit. i don't want to break the needle off- THAT would suck big time.so fresh and so clean clean

about 4 years ago I was going out with a girl who is now an RN and she was in her senior year, i was open to her about everything and she wanted to give me the shot so I let her and she did the exact same thing I about fucking killed her, that is how they teach you to do it but I have no idea why.Comment
