I have been checking out alot of boards lately and I must say IMO this is DEFINITELY one of the BEST on the web.
Good structure. good Info. and alot of good brothas & sistas.
I'm 41 and just got into AAS and lifting about 1.5 years ago. I live in a small town (30.000) and getting reliable info on AAS is not easy. so alot of bros like myself depend on boards like these for our education. I have been reading over some of the old posts and your willingness to share is evident. Thanks much appreciated
