  • How to keep a good Lipid profile?

What do you take during a cycle to keep your lipid profile good? What about if you plan on never coming off? I've heard clomid can be used to help lipids and also keep you nuts.

Lipid profiles are largely affected by the types of gear you use, your genetics and your diet.

I know people who get screwed fast -- and others who have stayed on cycle FOREVER and barely a blip on the radar screen.

However, that being said, it is NEVER wise to be on cycle forever. Your body just needs to detox...your joints and tendons do not gain from aas as your muscles do -- and you are just begging for an injury.

As far as keeping your profile under control, aside from breaks, keep your stacks simple, take ALA and milk thistle.

As for other suggestions, diet SUPER CLEAN and I am sure some of the other guys will come along and give you better suggestions. We women get effected not as severely as you boys do.

I've heard that garlic can do wonders for the lipid profile.

Also femara and l-dex are quite bad for cholesterol.

Use nolvadex as your anti-E. That's my plan...

So far this is what I have:

            Nolva
            rALA
Milk Thistle (but not convinced this works)
            Garlic
            Fish Oil

You nailed it bro! That should do wonders for your Chol. profile!

                  Someone mentioned Niacin.....here's my input:
YES: it will help Chol. profiles, however, it becomes stressful to the tliver after awhile SO----NOT a good idea while "on".! Use all the other things mentioned instead!!

                  Maybe some other consideratins:
1)Some people report the effects of guggleosterones as very helpful, I have NO personal experience eith this.
2)Cardio, people always forget about this one. Def good for Chol. profile
                  3) Avoid Saturated fats/trans-fatty acids
                  4) Flax/Borage/Fish......all will yield great benefits.
                  5) Vitamin E and Selenium too!

                  Peace
