Re: How Bad is this
Mine was about the same while on M1T and 4AD. I got all freaked out, thought I was gonna drop dead ...lol As soon as I came off I went back down to normal range. I was also taking ephedrine, that prolly aggravated it. I heard that taking Coenzyme Q10 and Hawthorne Berry is supposed to help. That's all I got bro. Good Luck!

I've seen worse bro, my own......at one time, but it varies depending on caffine intake and salt...and gear of course brings it up some. As long as the bottom number does not get to close to the top number, you will be ok, (I said ok, not fine), but keep a good eye on it, and don't check it after coffee, greasy meals ( which I hope you don't eat) and salt.Strength, Power, and Love of the game is all you need.

Agree with Triggerman. There are BP which are much worst. You mainly just have to watch your bottom number and stay away from unhealthy foods and sodium. If you want you can try eating garlic or let it sit in a glass of water for about 2 hours and then drink it. Garlic helps to lower BP.

Re: How Bad is this
Well you did not say how old you are or what your BP is normally for you.Your BP fluctuates by the second.151/92. At that pressure you are no where near dying. As a paramedic in the field , we do not treat Hypertension( high BP ) until the systolic(1st number) is over 180 and symptomatic(head aches and such) or the lower number (diastolic) is over 96 AND symptomatic. If you do not have any symptoms, such as headache, dizziness or blurred vision, don't worry. Just keep an eye on it. And if anyone is wondering what those numbers mean then keep reading. The 1st number, systolic is the MOST amount of pressure in your heart at that moment. The 2nd number diastolic, is the LEAST amount of pressure in your heart at that moment.Although they both are important, the diastolic is MORE important because this is when your heart gets to rest. If your body doesn't get the rest thats needed, then it will fail as in weightlifting. Well, same goes for your heart.Calm down and keep an eye on it. Lots of things can help esp. NOT STRESSING OUT over it. If the numbers keep creeping then see a doc or cut some of the juice you are on. What gear are you taking?? Anadrol and D-bol or notorious for raising you BP.And remember, if you are not symptomatic its not a biggie. However if you BP gets to 96 or higher then you should start taking some action. Do not let it get over 100.It still won't kill you( not for a while anyways), but its not good for your heart and eventually it could cause a stroke.I'm assuming you are a young person and not 70 Y/O. That changes things. Also if you quit the gear, I'll take it for you!! I never said this advice was free!! And smoking the Tweed will help relax you so keep it up!!!
