the pedialite ice pops arent bad, i eat them at home swim meets. drink gatorade or poweraid, something with elctrolites and simple sugars.

I had crazy pains like mike plus lower back hurt so much I could barely walk for a month after I got off my last cycle which I grew quite a bit and did Gh...I would venture to guess that Gh was a culprit in this...no worries, I'm training w/ Mike right now...he's gonna create a monster...am I right Mikey?
