i take it at teh end of my cycle for 1 month and u shoot 1000ius every 5 days for 1 month=total of 5 shots.....
u mix the powder adn the water and keep it in the fridge...i like to shoot it in my glutes 1cc=1000ius depending on which hcg u have and i use 25 guage 1 inch and half....
i have done it in my shoulders wt slin but didn;t see resutls as much as in teh glutes

I did 500 mg/day for a week before i took my last shot if using long esters. I also included nolvadex with it at 20 mg/day generally leading into the clomid period. It greatly imcreased the size of the testicles and seemed to enhance recovery, but I never had tests run when I used HCG.
As you can see, there are many many ways to run HCG, people prefer different ways.
IMO 500 or higher isnt needed unless, youve been on for a long time, and completely shut down, or during a cycle when the dosages fairly high. Youre only on day 16, so 250iu sat/sun or mon/thur would be plenty if you ran it throughout unless your dosages are fairly high, then u could bump it to 500.
