  • Time on = Time off

How important is this. How bad would it be if say you did a 4 month cycle and was off for 2 months and then did another 4 month cycle if everything seems up to par. I've never started early and was wondering everyone opinion.

if you are not competing and if allowing your body to recover fully is very important to yourself then i say its very important. i never followed on=off and i'm having trouble now. jmo, i'm not taking chances anymore. especially since i don't have kids yet and i want them badly!

I took a 5 month break inbetween my cycle... why are you in a rush to go back on so fast?

I like to error on the side of staying off a little more than the traditional "time on = time off" protocol. Best to have your endocrine system back up 100% prior to starting another cycle. My 2 cents.

No rush other than just the whole mental/physical aspect of being off I suppose. Cycle was fairly simple and low key, 16 weeks of DBol @ 40 mgs/ed weeks 1-6 - Test Cyp @ 600 mgs/wk - Deca @ 450 mgs/wk - and Tren @ 75 mgs/eod for weeks 8-16. Just miss the feeling I guess. That's pretty much the only reason.
