Heres your references for the above. Par Deus is also the guy behind Avant Labs- and they make and sell topical fat loss products. That article resides here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/par6.htm
Theres alot more articles like that over at the avantlabs site www.avantlabs.com

I have read about the science but have never tried them- it makes sense on paper I guess- I remember reading before that some sting and stain your skin, it just seemed to messy/pain in the ass solution to fat opposed to cario and diet which you still seem to have to do.
I am curious though too -anyone here has had any good results who has tried them?

Thanks mick- what sort or results/effects did you see from the Yohimburn?
(Time taken before seeing them? Amount lost, areas lost in? Did it burn? Did it smell? Did it stain your belly brown?)

Re: opinions on topical fat burners

Damn you have lot of questions! Yes, it did burn alittle, no staining with the Lipo derm Y with the Yohimburn i can't remember it was about a yr ago. What i did is apply some dmso on my palms and rubbed into the areas i was going for, then i applied the Lipo-Derm (it is like a liquid not a gel, and i beleive the Yohimburn is the same if im not mistaken) and rubbed it in circular motion, untill i felt it was absorbed, sometime i would put it on before working out and do something else for about 15-20minutes first so all of it would absorb, than do the cardio. Some ppl it makes them itch, but it didnt to me, only burned after i applied it. I used it when i was cutting, and saw more definition when using it. It wasn't significant, maybe 1/4 inch mostly in the abs and chest area. I also used it on my quads and saw some noticable leanness. I personlly don't think it is the thing to be using if you have gyno or lot of fatty tissue, only if you are at a plateau and want to get that hard to get fat when diet and cardio don't work. In other words in my case i was starting to see abs come out but i wanted an extra kick and it helped. You must keep up cardio and diet to see the effect. If your diet is off and not much in cardio, you might as well throw your $ away, as it is not a cure all.
