For any of you guys who have used insulin which way did you feel gave you the best results...in the past ive only ran postworkout at 10-15ius with humlin R and moderate success i believe, when i used when i was cutting it really made me fill out and really helped with strength/stamina while dieting....i want to incorporate into my next cycle and need some suggestions? should i stick to just post workout or more it be more advantagous to use in the mornings as well?

I only run it at 10 iu PWO. Any more than that and i wind up eating too many carbs to compensate and I gain too much fat. I eat more fats (peanut butter of other EFA's) and protein with my morning meal, so slin isn't going to help as much with that. I want protein and carb storage, and that happens best post workout, for me.There is no substitute for experience......

also from what i read it seems alot of guys are using humalog now...couple years back most were using humilin r in fear that humalog might peak to fast to compensate with some simple sugars or glucose tablets. any thoughts on this?
