Ed posted a thread around the end of cycle. In 3.5 weeks, i'm down from 216 to 202 (cutting sugar pulled unwanted water to help that)....stomach and arms are noticeable tighter. Chest isn't any tighter, but I've got a fairly thick chest anyway, so it's okay. Strength somehow went up. I strongly believe it's due to the diet. My flaw was two fold...sugar & carb down/carb up timing. So thanks to ED for that one and everyone else's help as well.
Lessons learned:
I don't respond well to Cyp for some reason; Enan gave me MUCH better results. Possibly due to the batch or brand....but who knows
Deca seems to hit my systems a little bit better. Although it could be just the fact that it's used in bulking and your diet allows for more muscle growth and swelling.....just saying it's a personal preference.
Var is WORTHLESS @ 30 mg/day.....you all told me and I didnt' listen...so "F" ME for that
Next cutter: in 10 weeks
Enan500 wk 16 wk.....I'll just wait 10 days for the water to leave system
EQ 400 wk 14 wk
Tren 75/ED 10 wk......First 10 weeks
Winny50/ED 6 wk......Last six weeks....then PCT
Next bulker following that: Only for LEAN BODY MASS....no more fat for me

Dbol @ 40/day 4 wk...first 4
I guess that's how you learn.....I've definitely learned a lot and what I "personally" respond the best to. Proof that the boards work and that EVENTUALLY you can find that flaw in the diet, or the kink in the chain somewhere. Cutting was my only problem and it appears that I've found a way to overcome that. Bulking was certainly never a problem, so now thanks to all, maybe I can get back from 13% (now) to 9/10% 20 weeks from now. Peace.....Shiner
