does anybody know if creatine affects CPK levels when u get blood work done?

Nope! Most of your creatine kinase is in your muscle and brain tissue. Muscle tear or brain injury are the only causes of elevation. Stroke, heart attack, trauma, heavy lifting...that's about it.

That is correct, sir. That's a good indication that you're working hard....congrats! What you should look out for while taking creatine is your creatinine level. Creatinine is a waste byproduct of creatine. If your creatinine level is too high, this is a good indication that you may have kidney damage. Really and truely, you shouldn't worry about your CPK unless you have heart related signs and symptoms. Good work, brotha!
