  • Losing water while on cycle question...?

    As you may know.. I`m doing a bulking cycle.. simple stuff Test E and Deca (I also used Prop for 4 weeks to jumpstart)...

    Anyways.. used prop at 100mg eod.. Test 750mg weekly, and Deca 400mg weekly..

    I ended my 5th week.. of TEST/DECA on Thursday I take shots Mondays and Thursdays..

    My weight and strenght is where I want it to be so no complaints in that department.

    I do look massive and swole.. most likely it`s the water..

    A bud of mine gave me a free bottle of Taraxatone by Cytodyne Labs..

    (if some of you don`t know what this is) its the stuff you take to lose "exess body water" .. one capsule is 750mg.. the lab calls it "extreme definition formula" come on now..hehe but anyways...

    Since I`m doing Test/Deca which causes alot of bloat (which I don`t mind) I know I will and I do look bigger with water in me..

    Now, one thing I don`t unserstand... should I take this stuff after I`m done with the cycle or during the cycle.. ?

    And if this product does work what can I expect.. will I still be full/massive.. (after all its the water that makes you swole).

    the dosage they recommend is:

    take 3 capsules after morning meal, and 3 capsules after mid-day meal, along with 16 ounces of water.. (along) now should I take 16 OZ of water in the morning.. with 3 caps, and then 16oz again with another 3 caps..

    And if you don`t mind sharing with me..your personal experience with this "losing water" topic..

    Many of you probably used Liquidex or Aroma so.. you should know better..

    i like aroma for the test bloat and proviron will help with the deca.

      For me: less carbs and less sodium plus anti-e = less bloat, no matter what I'm running.
      There is no substitute for experience......

        If the directions indicate to limit your water intake, then DO NOT USE IT...especially during your cycle. Watch your diet (sodium) and drink 1.5-2gal of water daily.

          Well they say to take em with 16 oz of water..and drink another 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.

              aroma will def do the trick. like the other said, increase water and lower sodium.

                anti-e's will not help you out w/ water weight gained from deca. deca converts to progeterone, not estrogen. Dostinex will help some with bloat from deca. If you want a cycle where you can control water, I'd suggest it consists of EQ instead of Deca, and Dbol...on top of Test, of course.

                  low sodium and high water intake will help combat this as well, the drugs the other guys suggested will help out alot as well, but this is a simple natural way to help along with some drugs if you choose. Your body will retain high levels of certain amounts of minerals while on SODIUM being one of them which in return causes bloat big time, it is good and bad depending on what you want. If you want to cut down for summer than really watch your sodium intake and drink water all day, i would shoot for around 100ozs day if not more. simple carbs will also contribute but depriving carbs too much will make you flat looking and no energy. diuretics are good if you are willing to go that right but make sure you know what you are doing.
