It is too bad you didn't do more research before you started...

PCT with nolva would look something like:
    60mg ed for 10 days
    40mg ed for 10 days
    20mg ed for 10 days

    This is 60 20mg tabs.

"We theorized that tamoxifen, as a potent anti-estrogen [agent], would prevent these painful conditions," he said. However, use of tamoxifen on a once-daily basis — as it is often prescribed for breast cancer — might increase testosterone levels that could adversely affect outcomes in prostate cancer.
          ---------------------------------------------------------------

          (bottom of page)
Tamoxifen Citrate is well tolerated in males with breast cancer. Reports from the literature and case reports suggest that the safety profile of Tamoxifen Citrate in males is similar to that seen in women. Loss of libido and impotence have resulted in discontinuation of tamoxifen therapy in male patients. Also, in oligospermic males treated with tamoxifen, LH, FSH, testosterone and estrogen levels were elevated. No significant clinical changes were reported.
