    if u are bulking up, don't worry about fat..it's normal, u can always diet and do cardio and u will solve the prob..
    if u wanna get big..u ahve to eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat....

            yeah, im an easy fat gainer, once a put on fat its hard for it to come off. It really likes to keep it.

              Exactly! The higher your anabolic levels are, the more protein you can digest. Scientific fact. Do you need 500? Maybe, maybe not. Everyone is different. Some people need that much and some dont. Me personally, I never go over 400 at 4,000 cals when bulking, but that's me.
              I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                ^ SAME AS MYSELF I NEED ALOT LESS THAN MOST TO GAIN MASS, AND AT THAT I STILL PUT MORE MASS ON THAN MOST, ONCE I PUT IT ON IT'S NOT EASY TO GET RID OF IT, SO I HAD TO SPEND MANY HOURS DETERMINING HOW MUCH I CAN PUT IN AND AT WHAT RATE DO I HAVE TO WORK TO MAINTAIN, DROP AND GAIN IT'S SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS SO BREAK OUT YOUR CALCULATORS PEEPS AND GET DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS.
