but one way to know if that is gyno, elevate your arm all the way up and then with ur finger, rub around your and on your nipple and if u have a SOLID KNOT, bingo, that is GYNO

Remember that you "do" have mammory glands behind your nips, and if your lean enough like myself you can actually feel them and mistake it for gyno. I unfortunately developed a little bit of gyno in my left nip last year, about 5 months after my cycle ended. Didnt catch it in time but stopped it from getting worse.
