same powder : different aspect ?

I received some enathate powder from another source than the last one I used .
The fact is it's still powder but both don't look the same : the first is a kind of "past" while the other looks more llike a kind of powder
I know each source are legit but why does the aspect change ?
whatever , the weird test smell is here ...

at room temprature it will be like a kind of paste, but in the winter it's like a white crystaline powder.
