Anyone taken VITEX before?

I've read before (don't remember the board) that vitex would help w/gyno-like symptoms. I still have a puffy nipple from my first cycle of deca/test e and was wondering if vitex would help. Anybody have experience w/vitex?

i have read the same thing. i used it once, but the cause of the gyno was unclear. the gyno went awey, so thats a good sign at leats. i have heard that 2.5mg of letro EOD will reduce existing gyno.

I actually took some for about a wk, 1ml w/water and my nipples became really sensitive but the puffiness is still there. Has anybody else used vitex or know if it will work?

Isn't Vitex the main component in OTC supplements like 6-OXO? If I was having gyno symptoms, I would definitely hit up some Nolvadex at 80mg ED for 5 days. You should see a reduction in the puffiness. Then drop the dose down to 40mg for a week and then stay on 20mg for the remainer of your cycle. My 2 cents.

I'm not currently on a cycle, but will be soon on a sust/deca cycle. I will definitely be using nolva with my upcoming cycle, just wanted to reduce the puffiness from the first cycle and thought vitex would work.

I took bromo and vitex and I still got gyno from tren. Deca is not as harbe it will work for you.
