A friend of mine has the opportunity to tryout for the next Ultimate Fighter series on Spike TV. Trouble is he did a bottle of WINNY which finished up about 2 weeks ago. I know WINNY is water based so I imagine it could be flushed out somehow. Anyone have any experience with this??? How long it might take or how soon it could be done?

If he drank it there is no worries, maybe take a supplement cleanse. Solaray makes one called Total Body Cleanse, and its really reasonable. You can get it at a good supplement store.

I know they test because another friend of mine already was turned down to 'dirty test'. He does train everyday in grappling and Miu Thai, sweats A LOT. I'll have him look for the Total Body Cleanse or something similar and maybe he'll get lucky.

You are right HB it only cleanses the urinary tract and, liver.. I have no knowledge of anything that will cleanse the blood, except a transfusion, lol!
I don't think "cleansing" will alter the detection time any. I would think that they don't test for AAS. What weight class is he in?
Oh well. His problem. He fights at 170lbs right now but walks at 195-200lbs. He'll make whatever weight class they offer him.
